The Nursing Home Mediation Process:

As your elder care mediator, A|I Legal Dispute Resolution Center actively leads the discussion among family members. This informal process provides each member with the opportunity to voice their concerns and propose solutions to resolve conflicts. We ensure that each voice is heard and may conduct private conversations with each participant to provide a more confidential space for sharing information and suggestions. 

A mediator is not a judge and does not make decisions for the family. Likewise, a mediator is not the family’s attorney and does not provide legal advice. The mediation process empowers the family to come together and work out an agreement between themselves. At A|I Legal Dispute Resolution Center, we will help families discuss their unique problems so they can agree in a cost-effective, hassle-free, and time-efficient manner.
